The original Swiss Cheesecakes recipe was created by a Swiss Chef and Executive Chef Alan Davis in 1972 at Victor Harbor South Australia. This resulted in the Swiss Cheesecakes becoming a household name in South Australia.
Due to the success of the business Alan moved the business to Adelaide to be centralised and provide easy distribution to the many business's now requesting the delicious cakes.
The home of Swiss Cheesecakes is now located at 146 Findon Road, Findon, Sth. Australia for the past 11 years and continues to expand.
Alan and Lurraine Davis produce the hand made award winning cakes for the wholesale and retail market to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Chicken Takeaways, Pizza Bars Etc.
